bagaimana kalau semisal sebuah perusahaan MLM yang mempekerjakan 8 orang karyawan dengan omzet rata2 per bulan 500,000,000,- dan penghasilan bersih perusahaan mencapai 70-80 jt/bulan selain reward2 dan bonus lain.
apakah perusahaan masuk kategori wajib membayar upah karyawan sesuai UMP atau UMK?
bagaimana dengan karyawa yang sudah bekerja sekitar 5 tahun,apakah boleh menuntut gaji UMP atau tunjangan kesejahteraan lain? mengingat semua harga bahan2 makanan atau kebutuhan pokok naik semua,ini berbanding terbalik dengan gaji yang tak kunjung naik.
tuntutan kerja dan tuntutan hidup terus naik,tapi tidak diimbangi dengan upah atau gaji yang memadai.
sungguh berat hidup di bumi Indonesia ini saudara-saudara :(
menimbulakn tekanan batin luar biasa menyiasati gaji yang sangat minim ini :(]]></description>
